Longport Capital

David Gansky
Managing Partner

David founded and was the CEO of US Maintenance Corporation.

Over a period of 20 years, he built this ground-floor operation into the largest provider of maintenance services for national retail chains in the United States, with revenues in excess of $500 million. During his tenure as CEO, US Maintenance expanded into numerous new service areas and acquired several major companies. In 2006, Transfield Services purchased US Maintenance.

David retired from the company in 2008 to form Longport Capital, L.L.C. and become its managing partner.

Adam Beck
Partner

Adam is a principal of Longport Capital, L.L.C.

In 1988, he co-founded US Maintenance with David Gansky and served as the company’s COO until 2006. Adam earned his MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University, and his competencies include strategy, finance, marketing, systems, outsourcing, and service distribution and management.
